2) . Our default shipment is through China Post Air Mail. Usually it will take 15 – 60 working days to arrive in different countries. EMS usually will take 7 – 10 working days to arrive. DHL/FedEx/UPS usually take 6 – 8 working days to arrive. All of them also depends on local delivery speed.
3) . The items will be marked as “gift” or “sample” and with a lower value for easy customs clearance. Any import charges or fees are buyer’s responsibility. All customs-related charges are paid by buyers.

If you want to return products for refund/exchange, please read the items as following: When you receive a damaged commodity from the postman or you don’t like the product, please contact with us immediately and give us detailed explanation and clear photos. We will deal with the case according to the conditions and reply you as soon as possible.
2) . If you want to exchange the order just because of personal ideas, you need to pay for the return freight. The exchange is accepted only when you contact us within 5 days since you receive it. The returned good should be in good condition without any tincture, abrasion, soaking or destroyed cracks.
3) . Please make sure that you pack the box in good condition before you give the parcel to the postman. Please fill in correct shipping address and our contact number when you send the good. Once you send it, please send us your shopping account name, number and the product item number and the tracking number by email. You shall take all responsibility of any loss or damage during the delivery when you send the orders back to us.
4) . Before refund, we will appraise the products you returned. We need to process the examination and re-send new product to you within 7-14 working days. All the refund times depend on different baking system; we will send you email to notice you the specific time. If you want to exchange different products, the increase or decrease of payment is needed if two products’ prices are different.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
